Warned that it is haunted, a skeptical young couple buy a rundown yacht and fix it up to be their home-on-the-sea, only to slowly realize that it really is haunted.

A fantastic adventure of a brother and sister flying a ghost ship, guided by a red crow, in search for an old captain. The ghost ship was designed by Hayao Miyazaki and the red crow was done by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.

15-year old English girl, Jemiyah Jones, continues the adventures this time in the realm of the Vampyre. The very elegant Romani's, the oldest Vampyre clan in Romania are airing dirty family laundry - and when Vampyres clash that laundry is always bloody.

Jiromaru (Kinnosuke Nakamura) investigates the dark "Ghost Ship" in search of his father. Meanwhile, Princess Yuki (Yumiko Hasegawa) and Chacha (Eiko Maruyama) are kidnapped by pirates, so after dedicating himself to rescuing them for the second time, he decides to accept his grandfather's challenge to become a navigator, just like his deceased father.

As Part I opens, Jubei (Denjiro Okochi), the best of sea skippers, is unable to overcome the stormy seas of Luzon. All hands on board the Kannonmaru were lost except for Shinkei, who alone made his way to land & eventually home to inform his grandson Jiromaru (Kinnosuke Nakamura) that his father Jubei met with disaster. Young Jiromaru tells his grandfather that he doesn't want to be a skipper like his father, but wants to go to Kyoto and become a samurai…

Saotome Mondonosuke is Hatamoto (a high-class warrior who is allowed to see the Shogun in person) who has a crescent-moon-shaped scar on his forehead with flashy clothes and a handsome face, and is proficient in all the military arts and called Bored Hatamoto. Mikijiro Hira acts as such a hero in history. Mondonosuke is secretly ordered to look into the suspicious movement in Nagoya castle by the Ometsuke, and he found out about the misconduct and sole it. This is a period movie about the hero!
